For refunds, if you receive damaged, expired, or incorrect products, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after verifying the issue. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note that perishable items like fresh produce cannot be refunded unless they arrive in poor condition. We are committed to providing you with the best service, and your feedback is important to us.
